Mr. Siems was born and raised in Baytown. He and his wife, Wanda relocated to Crockett in 1998. They have been married for thirty-four years, have two children, four grandchildren, and two granddogs. They are members of the Good Shepherd Church in Crockett. After graduating from Clear Creek High School in League City, Mr. Siems joined the United States Navy where he was an E3 Medic. Since his retirement as a refinery inspector for Linear Inspection, Mr. Siems’ favorite pastime is restoring antique trucks and frequently participates in local classic car shows. He has been a member of the Crockett Lions Club for over twenty years and has served as a Director on the HCEC Board since 2004.
