Houston County Electric Cooperative now has an Online Outage & Information Tool that members may use to report power outages online or view current reported power outages.

Outages can be reported online using your phone number, account number, or meter number.  Current outages will be displayed by general area only - no specific locations will be available with this tool.  For more information, see your April edition of Texas Co-op Power!

To view the Online Outage & Information Tool, view the HCEC Storm Center or Power Outages page and click on the icon.
