2019 TREWA Scholarship Information

In addition to providing the Dorothy H. Goodrum Scholarship, HCEC serves as a channel for students to apply for scholarships through Texas Rural Electric Women’s Association (TREWA).

Eligible individuals include members of TREWA and their children.
