HCEC Annual Membership Meeting

The HCEC annual membership meeting is held on the first Thursday of each November.  It is here that members hear updates on cooperative business, election results, visit with co-op employees and board members, and share in food and fellowship with other cooperative members.  We look forward to seeing our members at the meeting each year.

2012 HCEC Annual Meeting

The next annual membership meeting will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012, at the Crockett Civic Center.  Registration will begin at 4 p.m., and dinner will be served at 4:30 p.m.  The business meeting will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.

As always, we hope that you will be able to join us.  If, however, you cannot make it, please mail in your postage-paid proxy card so that HCEC may conduct cooperative business at the meeting.  This proxy card will be mailed to you on the cover of the October edition of your Texas Co-op Power magazine.

Past Annual Meetings

The 2011 Annual Meeting was held on Thursday, November 3, 2010, at the Crockettt Civic Center.  A catfish dinner with all the trimmings was served before the meeting.  We are proud to say that the food was prepared and served by cooperative employees and your fellow members.
